How is Opt-Out functionality implemented in the Chat Flow environment?

Chat Flow has three nodes that can enable Opt-Outs. These are:

  1. Opt-Out Node: This provides the ability to accommodate clients that want to opt-out from messaging and communication. This is for the SMS Channel, WhatsApp Channel, or both.

  2. Verify Opt-Out Node: This node will verify if a number is in an opted out state or not.

  3. Delete Opt-Out Node: This node will delete a number from the Opt-Out list. The client will get messages again-WhatsApp, SMS or both.
